Guidelines for Submission
We thank you for choosing PSM Review for submitting your article. To ensure efficiency and quality in the evaluation process, please follow the guidelines below:
Accepted Languages
– Manuscripts may be submitted in Portuguese, English, or Spanish.
– For articles in Portuguese or Spanish, an English abstract is mandatory.
Note: for manuscripts submitted in Portuguese or Spanish, the final version in English will be required only after acceptance for publication.
Conflict of Interest
The credibility of articles depends on the proper management of potential conflicts of interest.
Conflicts may be financial, academic, personal, commercial, or political.
Authors must declare any financial or institutional support received, as well as personal, professional, or commercial relationships that may influence the research.
The disclosure must be made in the specific field of the submission platform.
In case of doubt, authors may contact PSM Review for clarification.
Manuscript Identification
– The file submitted for review must be completely anonymized.
– In addition to removing author names from the text, hidden information must also be deleted:
In Windows: right-click on the file > Properties > Details > Remove Properties and Personal Information. In Word (English version): File > Info > Check for Issues > Inspect Document > Remove Properties and Personal Information.
– Authorship data must be provided only in the submission system metadata fields:
– Full name and surname (following the indexing format used in databases and in ORCID).
– Institutional affiliation (university, faculty, department).
– Name and e-mail of the corresponding author.
– Identification of all co-authors, in authorship order, with their respective affiliations.
Recommended Structure
Title: clear, concise (max. 15 words).
Abstract: up to 250 words (context, objective, method, results, conclusions).
Keywords: 3 to 5 terms.
Main Text: Introduction, Theoretical Framework, Method, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
References: APA 7th edition.
Formatting Requirements
– Word file (.docx), A4 page.
– Font Arial, size 12, single spacing.
– Margins: 3 cm (top/left) and 2 cm (bottom/right).
– Length: between 7,600 and 8,400 words.
– Tables and figures must be clear, numbered, and cited in the text.
Mandatory Declarations (in supplementary file)
– Author contributions (specify each co-author’s role).
– Funding (state funding agency, if applicable).
– Data availability (indicate if data are accessible in repositories or available upon request).
– Conflicts of interest (explicitly state whether or not they exist).
Research Ethics
Research involving humans or animals must state approval by an ethics committee or equivalent body.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Authors who use artificial intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT or others) at any stage of the article production process (writing, images, data collection or analysis) must disclose such use transparently in the Materials and Methods section (or equivalent). Author Responsibility
Opinions and results published are the sole responsibility of the authors.
Final Note
Before submission, ensure your manuscript meets the Article Evaluation Criteria. Non-compliance may result in rejection at the desk review stage.

The use of these services is optional and does not influence the peer review or editorial decision-making process, serving solely as additional support for authors wishing to improve their manuscripts prior to submission.
