It refers to the internal working conditions and managerial practices that directly affect the experience of individuals within the organizational environment. It is related to respect, autonomy, recognition, and the sense that workers find in their activities, as well as to the structures that ensure equality, justice, and protection against abuses. It therefore concerns the everyday experience of dignity inside the company, manifested in the relationships between managers, employees, and teams.
