Author Guidelines and Services

READS is a fully open-access journal, and no submission, evaluation, or publication fees are charged at any stage of the editorial process.

All articles must include the title, abstract, and keywords in the main language of the manuscript and also in English. When the article is submitted in English, the title, abstract, and keywords should be presented only in English.

A full English-language version of the article is optional but strongly recommended, as it can significantly increase the visibility and international reach of the research.

This practice contributes to greater visibility, international indexing, and broader access to published works.

If you wish to submit a contribution to the journal, we invite you to visit the About the Journal section and carefully read the Author Guidelines. Authors must register in the system before submitting an article. If you are already registered, simply log in and begin the submission process.

Author Services

Submission, evaluation, and publication in READS remain free of charge for manuscripts prepared in accordance with the journal’s guidelines and official template.

Authors who have undergraduate theses, articles in other formats, or manuscripts that have not yet been adapted to READS standards may optionally contract support services offered by Prism Journals.

Available services include:

  • Manuscript Preparation and Diagnostic Review: adaptation of the file to the journal template, structural organization of the text, and identification of aspects that require revision, completion, or improvement by the authors.
  • Scientific Editing: a broader editorial intervention service focused on organization, clarity, coherence, conciseness, and alignment among the different elements of the manuscript.
  • academic translation;
  • spelling and grammar review;
  • formatting and adaptation to editorial standards;
  • reference formatting and standardization;
  • similarity checking.

These services are optional and are provided by Prism Journals independently of the READS editorial process. Contracting any service does not guarantee submission, acceptance, or publication of the manuscript and does not influence the peer-review process or editorial decision.

Manuscripts prepared or edited through these services may be submitted to READS or to any other journal selected by the authors.
