Article Processing Charges (APC)

People, Society & Management Review (PSM Review) does not charge any fee for article submissions. The journal does not receive funding from public or private institutions. The fees charged are used exclusively to support the journal’s sustainability and maintenance.

Publication Fee

The publication fee of BRL 900.00 must be paid after the article has been accepted for publication. This fee does not apply when the publication of an erratum is required.

For payments made from outside Brazil, the publication fee will be USD 350.00.

PSM Review provides authors with receipts for all payments made. These receipts may be submitted to employers, graduate programmes, or research funding agencies.

During the review process, authors may be asked to have manuscripts written in Portuguese professionally proofread. The cost of this service is the responsibility of the authors. For Portuguese-language proofreading, translation, and other editorial support services, authors are encouraged to visit the “Services for Authors” section of the Prism Journals Portal, where additional information is available about services that may contribute to the publication of the manuscript.

People, Society & Management Review accepts manuscripts submitted in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Manuscripts submitted in Portuguese or Spanish must have a full English version, which should be provided after completion of the review process.

Important: although the journal’s editorial policy provides for the adoption of an APC (Article Processing Charge), authors will not be charged any fees during 2026 and 2027. This measure is intended to encourage high-quality submissions and support the journal’s consolidation during its initial phase.
