Call for the Second Issue of READS Journal!

EADS Journal is pleased to announce that submissions are now open for its second issue!

Designed for undergraduate students and lato sensu graduate students, READS is an academic journal dedicated to scientific initiation in Business Administration, encouraging academic writing, critical reflection, and the development of research skills.

The journal is free of charge, open access, and welcomes original manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in Business Administration and related fields, especially studies developed within the context of training new researchers.

With an editorial approach of a formative nature, READS seeks to combine scientific rigor, methodological clarity, and encouragement for academic development, offering authors in training a qualified opportunity to enter the world of scholarly publishing.
