Abstract

This editorial discusses the role of scientific initiation as a formative practice in higher education, highlighting its contribution to the development of critical thinking, intellectual autonomy, and students’ academic integration. The text also addresses challenges related to access to scientific research and presents the editorial proposal of READS – Scientific Initiation Journal in Business Administration as a space for supporting scientific training and the dissemination of interdisciplinary academic production.
