About Prism Journals
Prism Journals is a scientific publishing portal dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality, accessible, and socially relevant academic knowledge. Its core purpose is to contribute to the advancement of science by promoting the circulation of original research that fosters dialogue between academia, organizations, and society.
The project is founded on the conviction that open science and editorial integrity are essential pillars for building a more democratic, collaborative, and innovative research ecosystem. Accordingly, all Prism Journals publications are open access, with no reading barriers, and follow the codes of conduct of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics), ensuring transparency, ethical rigor, and quality at every stage of the editorial process.
Among its founding journals is the People, Society & Management Review (PSM Review), dedicated to human and social dimensions in organizational contexts. This journal aims to stimulate high-standard research that explores not only the internal aspects of organizations but also their social and environmental interactions and influences, offering a critical reflection space and exchange between researchers and professionals.
The second journal within the portal is READS, an open access academic journal directed at undergraduate scientific initiation and postgraduate lato sensu research. The title READS — simultaneously a direct reference to the act of reading and an acronym for Research, Education, Advancement, Development, and Science — reflects the mission of the journal: to value academic training and foster the dissemination of research that connects Business Administration with other fields of knowledge. Published in continuous flow, READS is free at all stages — submission, review, and publication — reaffirming its commitment to the democratization of knowledge.
Thus, Prism Journals emerges as a scientific and editorial initiative that seeks to expand its scope into new fields of knowledge, welcoming journals that share the same commitment to ethics, quality, and open science. Although currently at an early stage, with two foundational journals consolidating its identity, the portal aspires to become a national scientific publisher with international reach, capable of integrating researchers from different countries and promoting academic exchange on a global scale.
